The Capital Ring
If the London LOOP is the walker's M25 then the Capital Ring is the walker's north and south orbital roads. 75 miles joining up the green routes of inner London; this route is the baby of the group, opening in 2003.
It passes through Richmond, Harrow, Highgate, Woolwich, Crystal Palace, Streatham and Wimbledon. My Dad, Iain, Abi and Kirstin were my walking partners on this one - thank you peeps :o)
Rain stopped play a few times - you have to be a duck, or called Abi, to come walking with me when it's chucking it down - but I finally finished this route May 2004.
